On the last Sunday of every month, where Paseo reaches the Revolution Square, a lively farmers' market is set up. Several rural producers drive to central Havana very early in the morning and park their old trucks side by side, creating a long line of improvised shops and stalls. Food and drinks are also sold to the shoppers and a stage is assembled at the very centre of the action. Theatrical, musical and circus performances take place under the midday sun. It's a day off to buy fresh products, eat and drink beers and get entertained..Cuba.Photo: Eduardo Martino - between 21.05 and 05.06.2007
